Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Melt the butter and let cool. Mix together the flour, spices, salt and brown sugar in a bowl. Stir in the rolled oats and walnuts. Stir in the melted butter.
Halve and stone the apricots. Place in a baking dish. Drizzle with the lemon juice and sprinkle with the sugar.
Squeeze the topping into clumps and scatter over the apricots.
Bake until bubbling, about 30-40 minutes. Cool slightly and serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Serves 4. |
