Preheat the oven to 200°C. Spray a shallow baking dish with oil.
Place the plums, cut-side up, in a single layer in the baking dish.
Combine the orange juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin, and cardamom in a bowl. Drizzle over the plums.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the plums are hot and the sauce is bubbly. Excellent served with beef, pork or lamb. Serves 4. |
